A great story addition to the previous book about two mated wolves that expand in this story to form a pack with different shifters and even a supposedly human. Ben the best friend of Dimitri's brother finds his mate is a human and he is accepted into the pack along with Dimitri's brother and his mate a cougar. This is really a story of how alphas keep messing up things with their mates and how hard it is to get love right even with the fates setting it all up. Ben wants to claim his mate but to do so has to top him which Sin doesn't allow for six months. When it finally happens, Sin shifts into a bear and then a new bear show up as a third mate. Lots of adjustment and then danger from a fourth bear adds a lot of excitement but as in all of Lisa Oliver books we do get our HEA. Highly recommended. I read this book ages ago - actually the whole series - but somehow never got around to reviewing it. This second book in the Stockton Wolves series tells the story of Ben, wolf shifter, and his two bear mates, Sin and Gabriel. This book is a little more shifter focused than the first book, as Sin is just discovering he's a half bear shifter, and then him and Ben discovering they have a third mate in Gabriel. I loved how this book shows a deeper glimpse into mixed shifter matings and also adds in a touch of BDSM background. Ben is such an lovely character and I'm so glad he finds his HEA with Sin and Gabriel. The entire Stockton Wolves series is one of my all-time favorites and I have re-read these books numerous times. Highly recommend this series!
